Every legal document starts the same way: a blank page and a deadline. Prompts was built to take that blank page off your desk. You pick the document you need, such as an affidavit, a letter or a matter summary, and LawY drafts it using the real details already sitting in your matter. It is not a generic template. It is a working first draft, built from your facts and ready for you to refine.
smoother, faster experience. We've rebuilt Prompts from the interface up. Finding the right template, running it, and editing the result are all quicker and simpler than before, with less clicking, less waiting and less getting in your way. If you've used Prompts before, it'll feel familiar, just noticeably slicker.
Here's the short version of what it does:
Drafts from your matter, not from scratch: Prompts pulls the relevant facts, dates and parties straight from your matter and builds them into the draft. Anything missing is flagged with a clear placeholder for you to complete.
Matched to your matter: Open a matter and LawY automatically surfaces the prompts most relevant to it. The templates for that area of law are right there, ready to run. Search anytime to narrow further.
You set the scope: Run a prompt across the whole matter, or focus it on specific folders, documents or fact pages.
Just run it: LawY automatically picks the right model for each prompt, so there's nothing to set up. If you like, you can experiment with other models, but it's entirely optional.
Edit without starting over. Refine any section, ask LawY to rewrite a paragraph, or regenerate a single block while the rest of your draft stays put.
Prompts handles the heavy lifting on your first draft, then it's back in your hands. Every draft is yours to review, verify and refine before it goes anywhere. LawY believes that the best legal AI works with a lawyer, not instead of one.
Getting started is easy. Open any matter, click Prompts in the top navigation, and select the template you need. Click Run prompt, and your draft will appear within seconds.
