How it all began

LawY was created to address the common challenges lawyers face; particularly the difficulties in leveraging AI in legal firms and the desire to expedite time-consuming tasks in pursuit of better client outcomes.

Legal research and document drafting are time consuming. Reclaiming hours every week opens the opportunity to refocus this time on more strategic and client-facing work.
Keeping up with legislative changes is an ongoing challenge. Staying up-to-date is a constant challenge that requires significant time investment, and can pose the risk of overlooking crucial changes.
Generic AI tools are not designed with lawyers in mind. Emerging AI platforms are powerful yet generic in nature, meaning a higher risk of inaccurate or unreliable responses.
