Can LawY review any kind of contract?

Yes. LawY for Word works across all common contract types from NDAs and employment agreements to complex commercial and transactional documents. Simply open the contract in Word, click the LawY button, and the review begins. The AI adapts its analysis to the document type, your jurisdiction, and who you're acting for.

Is my data secure when using the add-in?

Yes. The same data privacy and security standards that apply to the LawY platform apply to the Word add-in. LawY does not use client data to train models. See more information here.

Is Lawyer in the Loop still available inside the add-in?

No, currently you cannot get human verification from the add-in and you will need to go through the LawY platform to use this feature.

Will it work on my existing documents?

Yes. Simply open any contract in Word, click the LawY panel in the sidebar, and you're ready to start. The add-in works with any Word document.

Does it work on Mac as well as Windows?

Yes. The add-in works on both Windows and Mac versions of Microsoft Word, as well as Word for the web.

Do I need a new account or a separate login?

No. Sign in with your existing LawY username and password everything carries over automatically. There is no separate account to create.

Is the Word add-in included in my existing plan?

Yes. The Word add-in is available to all current LawY subscribers at no additional cost. The add-in is not available to users who are integration partners.
